a need a recipe that calls for a lot of shredded Parmesan cheese?

I have over 30 lbs of diced parmesan cheese. I have no idea what to make!! The simpler the better..a pizza maybe? chiken parmesan?

    Croutons, mashed potatoes with parmesan, roasted parmesan potatoes, polenta with parmesan, dinner rolls with parmesan, veal parmesan, parmesan salad dressing, parmesan & pasta, parmesan risotto and parmesan bread.

    i would suggest freezing some of it. put some in ziplock baggies and freeze. it will last for a good while. i do this myself often.

    as to what to make.

    you can add parmasian cheese to most dishes…the link the other person provided is pretty good i snuck a peek.

    parm cheese is good on salads
    in soups
    on potatoes
    pizza
    pastas
    i make zuchini/tomatoes/pepers sausage toped with parm cheese.

    Holy crap, that is a lot… Well, you can make alfredo sauce, shred it over pizza, mix it in mashed potatoes, shred it over steamed vegetables, mix it into casseroles, roll it in pizza crust to make rounds and dip them in pizza sauce, shred it over soups…

    I would store most of it in the freezer. A good hard cheese like that will keep for a while.

    grate some up and put it in a bottle for sprinkling on your pastas.

    make mashed potatoes and add a lot of parmesan cheese in it.
