Anyone Have A Good Stuffed Chicken Breast With Goat Cheese Recipe?

I’m looking for some ideas what else to mix with my rice and goat cheese to stuff some chicken breats. I have some fresh pimentos, roasted red peppers, carrots, celery, corn, spinach..
Any suggestions?

goat cheese fresh basil fresh parsley(curly for texture)garlic,s&p… roll into log in wax paper chill for atleast 1 hr make salsa with pepper,corn celery pimento, s&p,paresley stuff chicken breast w/ cheese mix place on top of braised spinach w/ galic and top with salsa. VIOLA!
