Are Soft Cheeses Now Better For You Than Butter?

I keep hearing about how butter is now refined to no end and am wondering if soft cheeses like Brie are better for you now.

    I heard butter is full of toxins, so it is good to buy organic butter instead. A little butter in moderation is actually healthy. And it is way better for your health than margarine or shortening.
    Raw cheeses are healthy in moderation too because of the enzymes and beneficial bacteria. Look for unpasteurized cheeses usually listed just as “cultured milk” in the ingredients. Usually those are hard cheeses.

    I don’t think that either one of them is overly healthy. They both contain similar amounts of saturated fat and cholesterol which make them relatively unhealthy.
