   It’s really quick and easy cooked on top of the stove. I have another version that is oven-baked and one that is tomato and cheese-flavored. These two are a little more trouble, but also really good! Thanks for commenting! I hope I can keep you supplied with good recipes!–Betty

   can you use sharp cheddar cheddar cheese?

   Yes, I prefer Velveeta for the stovetop version and Cheddar for the baked version, but you can swap them around, and they will be just fine!–Betty
