You can make this casserole with fresh potatoes. Just cutï»¿ the potatoes like French fries, and then cook them just a little–It’s better if you fry them in a skillet for a little bit for the brownness, and then drain them on paper towel before proceeding with the recipe. It will turn out great!–Betty
