Boil 2 lb. bag of macaroni.
Microwave 1/2 of Velveta &#039;log&#039; - - stir FREQUENTLY as melting.  Cover melted Velveta with milk. Mix, melt, mix, melt until creamy.
Drained macaroni with 2 large tablespoons of margarine melted into it, mix the cheesy mixture with it.
Bowl/serve.</description>

Comfort mac and Cheese
1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni 
2 tablespoons butter 
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 
3/4 cup milk, warmed 
3/4 cup light cream, warmed 
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 
1 cup diced ham
1/2 cup green pepper
2 1/2 cups grated sharp cheese 
Salt to taste 
Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 1 quart casserole and set aside.
Boil macaroni according to package directions. Drain and put in casserole. Set aside.
Melt butter In a small sacuepan over medium heat. When butter bubbles, whisk in flour, stirring constantly. Cook, stirring, for one minute. 
Gradually stir in warm &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.curdsnwhey.com/cheese-milk/&quot;&gt;milk&lt;/a&gt; and cream. Cook, stirring, until mixture thickens, about 2 to 3 minutes. Do not bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add cayenne, and 2 cups cheese, ham, and green pepper. Stir until cheese is melted. Pour over macaroni in casserole. Stir well to combine. Garnish with remaining cheese, and dot with additional butter and bread crumbs.
Bake in preheated 350 ° F oven for 25 to 30 minutes. 
Serve:s 4 to 6</description>

		<description>Not sure of the exact recipe but my friend makes his with like 10 different cheeses and then he toasts some bread and crumbles it all across the top then he pops it in the oven. It makes it a little crispy, its really good. Sorry I&#039;m not much more help!</description>

Baked Macaroni and Cheese
Alton Brown
1/2 pound elbow macaroni 
3 tablespoons butter 
3 tablespoons flour 
1 tablespoon powdered mustard

1 cup bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 
In a large pot of boiling, salted water cook the pasta to al dente. 
While the pasta is cooking, in a separate pot, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour and mustard and keep it moving for about five minutes. Make sure it&#039;s free of lumps. Stir in the milk, onion, bay leaf, and paprika. Simmer for ten minutes and remove the bay leaf. 
Temper in the egg. Stir in 3/4 of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Fold the macaroni into the mix and pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese. 
Melt the butter in a sauté pan and toss the bread crumbs to coat. Top the macaroni with the bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and rest for five minutes before serving.
