   Most of them have a soy imitation.
   Except for the soy milk, they taste pretty crappy.

   If your lactose intolerant like me i drink lactose milk and i have lactose pills which you can eat or drink anything.

   perhaps a trip to your local health food shop would be good for you to go to .
   ask for advice as i am sure they would know a lot more than me and you just might be able to sample some of the alternatives and if you can you would be able to see what one you prefer and would know where you can get it from

   well for milk try soy milk

   my son cant tolerate cows milk products, so i use goats milk, cheese and yogurt. in my opinion it actually tastes nicer than the cows variety.
