Can We Used Processed Cheddar Cheese As Pizza Cheese?

Filed in Category Cheddar Cheese

The place where i stay we get processed cheddar cheese. I love making pizzas and I know mozarella cheese is the appropriate one but can we replace mozarella cheese with processed cheddar cheese for pizzas?

    It’s a very poor substitute

Of course you can but it would’t be very authentic! Still, I think the best thing about pizza is that it tastes good with anything you like on top… so if you like the taste of processed cheddar, go for it!

Processed cheddar cheese doesn’t melt very well. I’m not sure you’re going to get results that you would like–I think the cheese would likely be very clumpy after melting and tend to slide off the dough in chunks.

yes but not as a cheesy as mozzarella and just lessen the quantity for processed cheese much salty than mozzarella cheese.
