		<description>Processed cheddar cheese doesn&#039;t melt very well. I&#039;m not sure you&#039;re going to get results that you would like--I think the cheese would likely be very clumpy after melting and tend to slide off the dough in chunks.</description>

		<description>Of course you can but it would&#039;t be very authentic! Still, I think the best thing about pizza is that it tastes good with anything you like on top... so if you like the taste of processed cheddar, go for it!</description>
