Breakfast – A bowl of bran cereal mixed with a bit of rice bubbles and low fat milk (2 percent I think). 2 – ish slices of ham…

Lunch – Shared Shabu Shabu (This is a japanese dish with very thinly sliced beef, cabbage, spinach, enoki mushrooms, tofu, dipping sauce of soy sauce, rice noodles and a little bit of rice) with a friend.

Snacks – 2 scoops of gelato (Honey Comb and Raspberry & Pannacotta), Roughly half a cup of fat free diet yoghurt

Dinner – Wholemeal roll with tuna (in oil) , light processed cheese, 6 pickled onions (my parents went to fish and chip shop…), a tomato, some of my dads chips (about 5 or 10).

After – Glass of low fat milk, a small slice of plum pudding with a bit of low fat custard

this is the menu for our reception venue, we are going for canapes, because we couldn’t afford to invite everybody we wanted at sit down prices, and for us it was more important who was there, not what we ate
there is also a set childrens menu, so this is for over 13′s. kids get fish and chips
no vegos, and both families love seafood

I am craving diamond dry puppy food, but only to smell not to eat. I am also craving the smell of oxi-clean in powder form. I have also been known to eat mandarin oranges and mac and cheese (not mixed) as well as reese’s ice cream and black olives (not mixed either) and ice from McDonald’s. This is my 3rd pregnancy. I have never craved anything odd before, but when I was pregnant with my daughter I craved dr. pepper and cheese slices. And while pregnant with my son I craved cheetos puffs and the wendy’s chocolate frostys. I liked to dip the cheetos in the frostys. Guess that was kind of odd…

What can I do to my white denim shorts?

It’s a plain white, high waisted pair of shorts. brand – Lee
Got it for a bargain + fits me very well. The thing is, I felt the need to get a little creative and decided to come up with this idea..

Since it has a gold seam I thought it would be nice for a rusty look. It has folded ends but I want to put an end to that and create a frayed look (like many expensive denim) just by.. I guess cutting it and let it fray itself. I want it to look a bit distressed and rough so I thought it would be nice for some parts to look as if its been grated by a cheese grater

As for the rustic look, anyone know how I can achieve that? I was thinking of maybe mixing fabric fixative and (oil) paint together, get a pumice stone (stone so rough to rub your dry feet) , lightly dip it and scrub it all over the jeans.. Will this work and will it stay after.. a wash?? Any suggestions of what colour too? (was thinking either black or a deep deep reddish, orange-ish brown)
Will the cheese grater work?

Last night my boyfriend and I went to our friend’s place to watch for a movie and to catch up. Our friend is a lesbian who is in a long distance relationship.

While I was laying on my belly on her bed (we all were looking at her computer of her holiday pics) she slapped my butt as she walked by.

Then while getting cheese and biscuits together she walked over and dropped a piece of cheese in my mouth asking if I liked it. Later on while my boyfriend and her brother was sitting on the end of her lounge chair, I was in the middle she walked back over and dipped a biscuit in dip and placed in my mouth. I smiled and thanked her. While she winked at me, she filled a flute of wine for me and her. None for my boyfriend as there wasn’t much there.

My boyfriend started to run his fingers over my back and thread his fingers through mine and pulled me against him while on the couch.

I’m reading this again, I know what happened but um just need comfirmation that my friend was flirting with me. (I’m not homophobic as I’m attracted to both sexes).
I must add that I am loyal to my boyfriend, and I would do anything to jepodize my friendship with my friend.
I have a feeling my boyfriend was getting jealous over the attention I was getting.
But he didn’t say anything lol. He knew that I was just playing along.

was my dinner healthy or not??

I had to use foods that I had left in the cupboard/freezer for dinner as I have no money till next pay to buy more food.. I tried to make the most healthy thing I could considering, (and I’m on a diet) was this meal ok or not reccomended to often..

I had 1/5 of a large bag of %50 reduced saturated fat corn chips,
with a layered dip i made with the following:
1/5 tin of refried kidney beans with a little taco seasoning,
1/4 of an avocado mashed,
1 medium dollop of hommus,
1/2 diced tomato,
and very light sprinkle of grated cheese..??

is this enough food for 12-14 people?xmas eve party!?

nibbles – lollies,chips, dip
BBQ tea – -steak x 20,chops x 20,2 x bbq chicken and bulk packet of snags
bread , 24 rolls
salads- potato salad,toss salad,cheese law,tuna pasta (good sized bowl for each)
desert – cheese cake, mud cake, jelly slice
enough or to much???

Why am I still binge eating and craving foods?

I am craving foods like Dip, Bread/Toast/Raisin Toast, Butter, Cake, Cereal & Porridge, Cheese, Cheesecake, Chocolates, Cookies, Cordial, Crackers, Cream, Cupcakes, Doughnuts, Fish fingers, French fries/chips, Gravy, Honey, Ice cream, Jam, Lollipops, Marshmallows, Granola bars, Meat pies, Nachos, Nuts, Peanut butter, Pecan frosting, Powdered chocolate drink flavouring, Roast lamb, Rollup, Spaghetti bolognaise, Sponge cake, Sweet pies, White rice and Yoghurt.
First I thought it was stress related, but now the stressor has passed and I feel like I am still craving these foods solely because they taste good. This disturbs me because for the last 7 years I have been so healthy; I ate a balanced diet of wholegrain cereals and whole-wheat pasta, low fat yoghurt and milk, fresh and dried fruits, lots of different fresh vegetables and seafood. In addition, I have maintained a healthy mix of exercise (running, bike riding and yoga) for over a decade now. Plus, I have not denied myself treats like ice cream for dessert, catching up with friends over creamy coffee or enjoying fried fish & chips when visiting the beach with friends. So I am at a loss to explain my continuing binge eating and cravings. Does anyone have a suggestion for why this problem is persisting and how I can improve my relationship with food?

Spicy rich chicken curry with coconut rice followed by
Tropical fruit salad with vanilla ice cream
OR

2. Deep fried breaded jalapeno peppers stuffed with cream
cheese served with a sweet chilli dip,
Fillet steak served with a deep red wine and shallot sauce
Onion rings, mushrooms, jacket wedges and garden salad
Followed by toffee and chocolate drenched profiteroles filled with
whipped fresh cream?
