How can I stop getting a sore throat after eating dairy products???

Almost every time a eat dairy products (i.e. milk, ice cream, cheese, etc.), I get a sore throat. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening, so I can enjoy dairy products again? (I removed by tonsils, but it didn’t help.)

I mixed up the eggs, milk, cream, bacon and cheese on friday at lunch and used half for mini quiche.
Can I use it safely again today? It smells fine and has been kept covered and kept at 4 degrees.

As part of my food technology subject at school, we are doing a ‘master chef creation test’ where we have to choose 5 ingredients from a small list. The ingredients i have are cheese, self raising flour, milk, egg and butter. I also have ‘free ingredients’ which are salt, pepper and mixed herbs. Would I be able to make a cheese and herb savory muffin from this?

Why is ice cream making me sick?

I recently switched to a mostly organic and no high fructose corn syrup diet and I rarely get sick. But when I eat ice cream I get really nauseous. I never get sick with milk or cheese. The only other thing that seems to bother me is high sugar foods like candy. This also never used to happen.

Is it true that not enough calcium leads to height loss?

I’ve heard that this is true but i hate butter, cheese and milk. I know i’m already lacking in calcium but i didn’t think it would result in shrinking…

Question about breastfeeding and cow’s milk?

My little girl is 16 months and still breastfeeding. She REFUSES cow’s milk in any way or form. Her GP says not to worry, she is getting calcium from my breastmilk (and she eats yoghurt cheese etc) but her health nurse says I should stop breastfeeding now and continue trying to give her milk.

I don’t really see the need to stop b/f if I’m still producing milk and she still wants it. I am in two minds. Is she getting enough from me or should I keep trying with normal milk? Anyone experienced this before?

i like to buy milk,cheese,yogult, banna ,water bottle somethink like at at 99cent store ..
but one of my friends suggested me not to buy food at 99cent store..its bad and not good quality.
