Breakfast: high fibre cerial w low fat milk n banana n tspn honey + cup water

Mtea: sustagen drink (w low fat milk)
+ some mixed dried fruit n nuts

Lunch: wholemeal bread sandwich w cup salad, slice low fat cheese + little low fat mayo + cup water

Atea: sustagen drink (w low fat milk)
peice of fruit

Dinner: 100g lean meat, 2 cups veg, 20g low fat cheese.
1 cup fruit salad w 1/2 cup low fat yogurt + cup water

Exercise: 30 mins step aerobics every day.
15 mins weights every day.
+ walking where possible (eg leave car home when shopping)

Will this make me lose weight, the calories are supposed to be within the right range with what i worked out, but does that seem like a lot of food ????
im allergic to fish!! can only eat prawns

i just went to the shops and bought food to make sandwiches
good brand multigrain bread
for..

egg &lettuce
cheese, avacado & grilled chick(i will grill it tonight)
and ham sandwhiches

if i make all these tonight, glad wrap them tightly and place it fridge, will they be fine for tomorrow?

ive heard bread goes stale in fridge?

they will be kept in a cooler bag whilst in the car.

dont have time to make in morning as we are leaving at 4am.

trying to avoid buying food along the way as its expensive, no need.

i don’t exercise at all, i sit at my pc all day, and use that, except when i go to school, but that’s more sitting, hence i developed a hemorrhoid problem (grouse), but that’s not what i am writing about,

i do have a old exercise bike, i am thinking i should bring that back into my room and use it for 15mins a day
lately i have been eating ham cheese, tomato, on white bread with butter for breakfast lunch dinner, most of the time, but am not sure if that’s healthy to eat all the time
i am 17, 18 in nov, i am 182cm tall i am 100kg, and getting very close to obese line, so i want to do something about it, i never cared about being over weight, but don’t want to be obese
i have also cut the amount of coke i drink down, from 1 liter down to 1 or 2 cans of normal coke, i can’t cut that completely because otherwise i feel sick, get headaches etc and i can’t bare to go into that, when it takes weeks to get over

this morning my son left his breakfast which was saltana bran, cream and milk and the dog ate the lot and since he didnt eat yesturday and has not yet eaten today i let him have it. i will get some dog milk when i go shopping as i know our milk is not good. but he just loved it.

what things does your dog just die for!!!
yes i have also brought all the treats avaliable in the supermarket,
he doesnt take treats
