   For Americans: rape oil = canola oil The name was changed for marketing appeal. but I use walnut oil instead

   is she a chef??? ohh man….. anyways. thats a classic endive salad.. use a champagne vinegar dijon mustard and oil for better the dressing.. remember 3 parts oil and 1 part vinegar for all kind of vinaigrette ..
