I said “compared to other cheeses” — I *know* cheese is not as healthy as celery.

NO CHEESE is healthy. People like to say that it is full of calcium, but it really isn’t. Its the milk inside the cheese. I would suggest not eating cheese if you are going on a major diet.

Blue cheese is high in calcium and has some protein and other vitamins and minerals such as zinc. If I were you, I would pair it with another healthy low calorie high nutrient food in order to get a maximum health benefit.
