Do the calories and other nutritional facts of a cheese change when it’s melted?

Filed in Category Cheese Calories

For example, i know 17g of cheddar cheese has 69 cal but what if i melt that 17g of cheese? will the calories/carbs/protein e.t.c still be the same?

If you melt the cheese then the fat content has been changed making it harder for your body to digest.

The calories shouldn’t change but the way in which your body uses the molecules once eaten will be different to if you had just eaten the cheese raw.

If it’s just melted with nothing else in it, then the nutrition facts are the same.
