Does Anyone Have A Recipe For A Goat Cheese And Cranberry Appetizer?

I’m looking for a recipe that uses a goat cheese log, rolled in cranberries and nuts. Just don’t know what kind of cranberries would work best…dried, canned sauce, etc. Has anyone tried this? It’s delicious, spread on crackers.

I use dried sweetened cranberries and chop them up really fine and roll the cheese in those plus pecans. I serve it with toasted baguette slices.
Just serve it with some red wine on some crackers you really do not need cranberries. Goat cheese is the bomb. You should go to goat cheese recipies.com. A whole bunch of great recipies.
