Does anyone know any good oven-baked or stove top mac and cheese recipes?

I’m 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant and I’ve been craving for some mac and cheese lol..I want to make my own (not from the box). A friend of mine’s mom makes hers with macaroni noodles, velveeta cheese and milk from a can? Does anyone know any good tasting recipes? Thanks so much!!! I also want cheesy bacon potatoes too haha.

Oh yum!! My husband and I recently made it exactly like your friend’s mom, but regular milk. We used Velveta, shredded Italian blend cheese, and bits of broccoli and bacon blended in! We put bread crumbs on the top and baked it in the oven it at like 350 until it was all crispy and ooey gooey! If you are feeling really industrious, my friend made this for a baby shower and said it was terrific:

2) Cook macaroni, drain, and place in bowl. While still hot, add the cheddar. Mix well
3) In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mix well and add macaroni mixture, mix well.
4) Place in casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes, Top with additional cheese if desired.
Yes! Cook elbow macaroni al dente. Use extra sharp cheddar cheese. MacAdam Wicked Cheddar is the best. Evaporated milk and dot with butter.
Preheat a conventional oven to 350 degrees.
Grease the small pan of your choice.
Boil 1 cup of dried elbow macaroni al dente, strain and put to the side
Shred 1 -2 (8-10 ounce) block of cheddar cheese (depends upon how cheesy you want it)
Mix the elbow macaroni and cheddar
Add 4-8 ounces of milk gradually (depends upon how “soupy” or dry you want it)
Add salt and pepper to taste
Mix thoroughly. Put mixture in the greased pan and bake for 30-40 minutes. (Depending on how
crispy or soft you want it.)
When you take it out, let it sit for 5 minutes, then serve and enjoy.
Variation-Use shredded mozzarella, swiss and cheddar. Sprinkle in parmesan and mix thoroughly.
Bacon Potato Casserole

Cook bacon and drain (reserve 2 Tablespoons drippings). Saute onion in drippings. Crumble bacon and ad with onion, cheese, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix with potatoes and bake at 325 degrees in greased casserole for 40-60 minutes. 8 servings.
