don’t you need some sort of batter on the cheese?

Breakfast: toast with peanut butter and jam
Lunch: pita bread with cheese ham and tomato
Dinner: stir-fry with vegies and brown rice

Breakfast: fruit smoothie (with yoghurt)
Lunch: egg sandwich and mini blueberry muffin
Dinner: spinach and ricotta quiche and vinaigrette salad

Breakfast: baked beans and cheese on toast
Lunch: sandwich with avocado chicken and carrot and an apple
Dinner: pasta and vinaigrette salad

i also exercise at the gym (aerobic class or muscle work) 3-4 times a week, plus light movement like cleaning the house, chores, walking to the shops

Lunch – Shared Shabu Shabu (This is a japanese dish with very thinly sliced beef, cabbage, spinach, enoki mushrooms, tofu, dipping sauce of soy sauce, rice noodles and a little bit of rice) with a friend.

Snacks – 2 scoops of gelato (Honey Comb and Raspberry & Pannacotta), Roughly half a cup of fat free diet yoghurt

Dinner – Wholemeal roll with tuna (in oil) , light processed cheese, 6 pickled onions (my parents went to fish and chip shop…), a tomato, some of my dads chips (about 5 or 10).

After – Glass of low fat milk, a small slice of plum pudding with a bit of low fat custard

Before you ask, there is a difference between Recess and Lunch. The difference is that Recess is usually only 20 minutes so I need something nice and quick. Lunch is usually 40 – 45 minutes so I can get something a bit more filling. I need food ideas for school for breakfast, morning tea and lunch. I need to meals to be easy to make and easy to buy at a local supermarket.I also need them to be portable. For Afternoon Tea, Dinner and Dessert, I need the meals to be easy to make and buy. They do not really need to be portable. I cannot cook for myself so something that can be microwave or oven cooked would be something great.

I am going to tell you what I usually eat. I have included a few notes in brackets () where necessary:

Breakfast: Up&Go liquid breakfast (I must drink this. I have no time to make breakfast)
Morning Tea: Cookies, water,
Lunch: A packet of chips, peanut butter sandwich, water
Afternoon Tea: A packet of noodles/chips, soft drink,
Dinner: Sandwiches
Dessert: Ice cream with chocolate toppings

I need the meals to be filling. I have tried taking grilled cheese sandwiches to school, but they got all soft and the cheese became a bit hard by the time it came to lunch. Also I mainly eat fruit and dairy, you can include vegetables but please tell me how to make them taste nice. For me, vegetables don’t really have much taste. Also no meat, chicken or fish. Basically, the meals need to be vegetarian friendly. I am low in protein, iron and don’t have all the vitamins needed such as Vitamin B12.
