Spinach pie – greek spanokopitta?

Anyone got a good recipe for this? I have fresh spinach, just-roll filo pastry and feta cheese – want to make spinach pie just like my greek friend’s mum used to – anyone got a tried and tested yummy recipe for this?

Anybody Turkish (maybe) help with a Q about cheese?

I went for a wonderful meal opposite the temple of Apollo, in Altinkum. They served Meze to us that night and the cheese was a goats cheese, but not like Feta. Much nicer than Feta actually.
Any ideas what it might be called? I will try and buy some over here.

What do you think about my diet?

Okay…

Morning – Nothing, or a orange/apple
Break- Feta Cheese and lettuce wrap
Lunch – apple, orange, homemade breakfast bar(seeds,nuts,oats..) and packet of crisps
Dinner – mostly, fish, runner beans/peas and potatoes,OR beef burger, salad and chips, OR cheese pasta

so what do u think?

Hello people! Does anyone have any ideas on lovely summery salads? I went to someones house for lunch and they made me a feta cheese, asparagus and orange salad and it was lovely! I was wanting to make more winning combinations and wondered if anyone else had any top salad tips??

I really enjoy preparing a salad with tomatoes, lettuce, mushrooms, yellow peppers, feta cheese and the mandatory olive oil. I’m new into this thing about questions and salads and basically wanted to know if what I prepare has a name. Thanks in advance!
