For An Adult Allergic To Cow And Soy Milk, Is Goat Cheese A Good Alternative?

Filed in Category Goat Cheese

I find it hard to cook for others without using cheese- everyone just loves it! Would feta cheese be OK for me to eat. I cannot tolerate soy or cow milk.

I don’t know about adults but as a young child my daughter was allergic to cow and soy milk and the only thing she could tolerate was goat’s milk. It would seem that the cheese would be an acceptable alternate.

your best bet will be nut cheese, it is made from the oil of different nuts and tastes like cheese,,many natural food stores carrry it, it is expensive, but worth it
