    i thought you have to boiled them after. You don’t have to if they’re home made like that?

    Hi rocket881,Yes the sheets will stick together just fine. some times the egg wash creates a slippery surface causing some problems. peter pasta

    When that happens to me it usually means the dough is still a little to wet. Also try flouring the dough well just before putting it through the cutter to see if that helps. Happy ravioli making. Please continue to post if you are still having problems.Peter Pasta

    Hey Peter – BEST pasta videos on youtube! One thing…When I roll out to three (using ecco of course) and then cut with the spaghetti attachment, the spaghetti doesn’t separate. Just doesn’t cut all the way through? Any tips or tricks?
