I’m not a huge fan of such food, but, oh, I had this French onion soup at my hotel on holiday every single day, it was so delicious.

I found a recipe for it when I got home and made it, and it was still great.

But…does anybody have any tips to make it better etc? If that is possible!

I make it with the bread and gruyere cheese too. Is this part of the bargain with most French onion soups?
And croutons of course!
