    Made the cheese and seasoned it with cracked pepper. Not bad, its different. The lemon juice gives it a tangy taste. It may go good mixed with some salsa.

    Yea, it’s the first stage of cheese. If there was a way to press it more and let it age and stay dry you would have the good cedar cheese. The cheese you made is as fresh as you can get. Hey eric, I ma so please you tired it. Thanks. It’s really good spread on a ham or turkey sandwhich, yumoh

    Yea, I kinda of regret that ending part, oh well to late now. Remember, season after separation of the curd. It works better that way. Also the taste and consistency is like ricotta (SP) cheese
