    Hi Robin, nice to find a post on halloumi cheese on youtube, thanks a lot for this !As I lived in Cyprus for a couple of years halloumi became not just one of the favorites but “the favorite cheese”. We use to eat it the cypriot way, pan fried with a little olive oil, with slightly grilled pitta bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, kalamata olives and a sprinkle of oregano.And, of course, a glass of cypriot mavro wine
