I know it’s not C for sure. Other than that, I really don’t know. And I don’t understand Sublimation.

    id be guessing at maybe condensation, but sublimation is heating of a solid into a gas without it turning into a liquid first. and then when it cools goes straight back to solid.

    The only one that would be relevant at all would be C; the cheese “freezes” back into a solid after being melted into a liquid and spread around. Since the cheese never achieves gaseous form (one would hope), none of the other 3 answers could possibly apply.
