Help! Is the asiago cheese still good?

My brother and his wife accidentally left their asiago cheese out all night. We’re not sure if it’s still ok to use or if they should just toss it. They don’t know how long it was left out. And he said their are no visible signs of mold or discoloration of any kind. So What do you think? Thanks

If it was lest out all night I don’t think it would still be good.

Yes, I have left cheese out for 12 hours and it was still ok!
This is the second question in this section about people leaving cheese out all night??
And “Yes” it is fine, with the price of groceries, not only the price of cheese it is a shame to waste, plus did you know that real aged parmesan cheese is never refrigerated during its maturing time, it is kept in cool rooms with open windows, like prosciutto ham and is aged a minimum of 2 years and up to 20 years.
So rest assured the asiago is fine the bacterial culture in it will keep it from going off for a one time on.
