    another gentleman on youtube made mashed cauliflower. His didn’t come out too watery and it was much thicker like mashed potatoes because after cooking the cauliflower, he pressed them with paper towels many times. It sounds strange but it turned out very well. I think this is a fantastic substitute for mashed potatoes. I’m making mine right now as I’m typing this to you and I will be sprinkling cheese on the top of mine. yum! ^_^

    I would have used a regular tater masher instead of a blender or food processor (even though I own 1 of each).
