		<description>If your peppers aren&#039;t cooked, cook them in a little butter until they&#039;re very soft.  Add a couple T. flour and mix with the butter.  Add milk, stirring, until it&#039;s smooth.  Cook it gently for awhile so the flour tast is gone.  Season with salt and pepper.  Add your cheese and cut up turkey sausage, stir until the cheese melts.  I wouldn&#039;t add any water.</description>
