		<description>You may be microwaving it too long. it will tend to get hard if you do. Do 10-15 seconds at a time and mash and stir it with a fork before doing it again. Repeat until it is melted an smooth. Add a teaspoon or two of water if you like, it will just be runnier. Best Wishes to You.</description>
