How Can I Recreate Monical’s Pizza “cheddar Cheese” Sauce?

Filed in Category Cheddar Cheese

It’s not nacho and it doesn’t seem to be processed cheese – at least if it is, they do a GREAT job of masking the flavor. I’ve not seen anyone else who has a cheddar sauce like this for their bread sticks. Anyone know how they make it?
