How Do I Get Cheeses/sauces Without Goat Cheese In France?

I had no idea of this, but I guess the French love cheese made out of goat’s milk. Most shops I’ve been to so far have goat cheese in the sauces. How do I ask for cheese w/o goat milk? If someone could give me some info, this would help a lot! Thanks
