		<description>this is why I love being on this site ... I can&#039;t really say for sure what a good recipe is (sorry) but your question has made me consider trying to figure one out ... I never thought of making something like that.  My idea would probably be to cook up some chop meat, drain well and blot with paper towels (to remove as much fat/grease as possible)  get some velveeta cheese and maybe some mild salsa and heat all together in a slow cooker or crock pot type of deal (they even have liners for these things so clean up would be a breeze.  I like pickles so I&#039;d probably look to put pickles or relish on the side and maybe even some fried onions on the side as well .... oh sounds good.  like I said I don&#039;t know if it will work but you gave me an idea

 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
   1 1/2 pounds hamburger -- cooked
   1 pounds breakfast sausage (owens regular) -- cooked
   1/2 large onion -- chopped
   2 pounds Velveeta

   1 can rotel tomatoes with peppers
   Brown hamburger meat with chopped onion. 
   Brown breakfast sausage. 
   Place hamburger and sausage in crockpot.

   Turn on high until cheese is melted. 
   Turn back to low and serve.

1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE&#039;S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
2 Tbsp. ketchup
BROWN meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain, reserving meat in skillet. Reduce heat to low. ADD remaining ingredients; cook until VELVEETA is melted, stirring occasionally.

Brown ground beef and drain grease. In crockpot heat browned ground beef, velveeta, picante sauce, chilies, and soup until almost bubbly on high heat. Turn heat to keep warm.
