   ew.. The yogurt went rotten.. no wonder its thick.

   It’s not rotten, it’s too acidic for bacteria or anything like that after some of the weigh(or the equivilent) is gone. All she’s really doing is getting rid of some of the liquid in the yogurt, you could do in your fridge if you wanted.
