   try adding some drops of oil in macroni….it will macronis not to settle and stick in the bottom of the vessel

   yes he duz need to wea a hair net..haha.. i worked with him for almost a year at Picholine in NYC…where this was filmed actually, that small crappy line for those exspensive ass plates of food, decent mind but a jerk actually.
