Ideas For Using Up Cheese/thousand Island Dips?

I have some cheese/thousand island dips that are about to go out of date has anyone any ideas for them apart from the usual stuff with breadsticks and veggies.
What does everyone else do with their dips.

Make double-stuffed potatoes and put some in there when you mash them … in fact, add a little to regular mashed potatoes! Use them for a spread on sandwiches, instead of mayo
It would be good on hamburgers.
Or you could make a patty melt:
Corned beef
Slice of swiss cheese
Sauerkraut
Rye bread
Thousand Isl. dressing
Make a grilled cheese with the the cheese and the corned beef. Add the sauerkraut when the cheese is melted and then add the dressing.
YUM!
mix with prawns or chicken for sandwich or baked potato fillings
