It’s not the most perfect cheese to stuff burgers with – melty cheese works best.
Feta is good for veggie burgers – crumbled with courgettes, carrot and cumin – recipe cookeryclub.
But it would be better to crumble some in.
leave the ham out.
Season with garlic, paprika and salt and pepper if you hhave them or
just season
or add a few herbs
or chilli.
