		<description>Elbow macaroni is perfect because it has a tubular shape and therefore holds the sauce actually inside of the pasta, making it more cheesey and deliciously moist.  But, that doesn&#039;t mean you can&#039;t use any type of pasta- there are no rules- make the recipe with what you&#039;ve got and it should still be great.</description>

		<description>Macaroni noodles give the right cheese to noodle ratio. 
If you use another noodle they might be too cheesy or noodley. 
Use whatever you like and serve it with bread just in case its too cheesy. 
If you are making baked macaroni and cheese then the bake time might differ. If its just stove top mac n cheese then it should be fine.</description>

		<description>Of course not.  You can use any kind of pasta you want.  It works the best with small pasta and you can use shells, penne, bowtie whatever.  I’ve even made a mac &amp; cheese with spaghetti and it tastes the same.</description>
