    Thanks for doing this. I’m SO gonna make this ASAP! Just to be sure I get it right though, I thought you said it was a half pound of sharp cheddar, but the box in part 1 said a full pound. Which is it supposed to be? Thanks!! I can’t wait to make it. My kids have only had the stuff in the box. I know, that’s terrible, poor deprived children!! Thanks. XOXO Heidi

    Sorry about the confusion it should be 1lb. Let me know how it turns out!! Once your kids have had this they will not want to go back to the box. Believe me it is Goood!!
