My Goat Ate Some Chlorine, Will He Be Ok? Will It Spoil The Milk? How Do You Make Goat Cheese?

Filed in Category Goat Cheese

We have a goat that lives in the pool shed, last night it got into the pool chlorine, hahaha mad animal that goat, it ate some of bucket, then the bucket leaked onto the grass, then the goat ate the grass. Goaty seems OK, some vomit around the shed, but the dog ate it, goaty is acting normally so I think its OK
Will this spoil the milk? We are planning on making goat cheese. We went to this resturant and they had roast duck and goats cheese or something and it was really nice so I decided to try and make some at home.
How do you make cheese from milk? I guess I have a lot to learn on the making of cheese, Where do I start?
Am I asking too many questions?

well the fact that your goat is living in the pool shed isnt good. and if you goat at chlorine that aint good either i would take him to the vet then give him to a farm. seriously why would you put a animal in a shed with chemicals in it thats like letting a baby play with scissors next to a light socket….can you say duh

It absolutely will spoil the flavor, I would wait at least a week to use any.

Don’t worry about making cheese. Your goat won’t live long enough if it is kept in the pool shed.
Just do a Yahoo! search for making homemade cheese..and you will find hundreds of recipes.
Don’t use the milk for several days, if the goat lives.
