		<description>Since rarebit is usually made with mustard, maybe a dijon vinagrette with oregano for your salad might nice.  I would make a simple salad with arugula, red onions, and roma tomatoes.

For garnishes, I think basil or oregano would work. 

Chocolate fondue is always romantic with strawberries and bananas. You can even make heart shaped crepes...they sell heart shaped pans.  I did that for my fiancee when we got engaged and she LOVED it!</description>

You can swirl the dressing around the edge of the plate to make the salad look pretty. Extra Virgin Olivie oil and Balsamic vinegar make a tasty dressing for salad and chicken dishes.  Slice some lemon slices for fish or chicken dishes as a garnish. You could also slice some roma tomatoes as a garnish too.</description>
