Ok I Want To Make A Cheesecake But I Only Have Cream Cheese Spread And Ricotta Cheese?

I have been to all the supermarkets in my area but they do not have proper cream cheese only the cream cheese spread, so i bought a large jar of that and ricotta cheese too. I live in Australia and it’s racking my brain that I can’t find normal cream cheese anywhere
So should I use cream cheese spread or ricotta cheese???

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound ricotta cheese
16 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sugar
6 eggs
6 tablespoons flour
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.
Wrap the outside bottom of a 10″ springform pan with foil to prevent water seeping in while baking.
Cream together ricotta cheese, cream cheese and sugar til smooth.
Mix in the eggs one at a time.
Add flour one tablespoon at a time, mixing well.
Stir in the sour cream and vanilla. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Place cheesecake in a large rectangular pan filled with 2″ of hot water.
Bake for 90 minutes. After 90 minutes, turn oven off, but leave the cake in the oven for another 60 minutes (do not open door).
Cool for 60 minutes and then refrigerate. Serve when thoroughly chilled, either plain, or with topping.

Cream cheese spread will be fine. Just use the same amount by weight. Just follow the instruction of your recipe. Cream cheese spread is just whipped to make it light and spreadable. You will eventually need to whip the cream cheese in a package so, the Cream cheese spread is whipped half way already for you. Use both cheese if you have the recipe for it. Else, look for one online that use both cheeses.
