I’m losing weight but I fully overate yesterday, how can I make up for it today?

I have lost about 1kg so far in the past few weeks… Maybe 2kg. I have been burning around 300 calories at the gym each day and restricting my calorie intake to a healthy amount to lose weight. But yesterday I had a healthy breakfast and lunch but then had this creamy alcohol drink (cocktail drink) and then we went out to this fancy restaurant in which I had a creamy chicken and mushroom crepe, fries, cheese bread and dessert (including cream and ice cream and waffles all in one!). I’m going to the gym soon and haven’t had breakfast yet (it is 10.21am). Should I work extra hard at the gym and restrict my calorie intake to an even greater extent or what? Because I really want to lose about 3kg more in 3 weeks. Please help. Thanks!

Food-
Breakfast- Cereal, apple and a glass of milk/water
Lunch- A bottle of water and 70 calories
Snack- Apples and string cheese
Dinner- Salad or Lean Cuisine
Exercise-
Drink lots of water- About 5-6 glasses or bottles each day
*30 sit ups before bed*
*1-2 hours on the treadmill each day*

I’m 13 years old. I’m only eating a small amount of dinner most days. My mum’s getting suspicious. What to do?
I haven’t eaten anything today (but it’s only morning).
Yesterday I ate a half a sandwich with salad, and half a falafel wrap. On Friday I ate nothing.
Thursday, a bowl of lentil soup.
Wednesday, two spinach and ricotta cheese party pasties, but only the inside, not the pastry.
Tuesday was a vegetable stir fry, but I only ate two fork fulls of the rice.
Monday was the inside of a spinach pasty, again, none of the pastry.
My mum knows I’m not eating healthily, but she thinks on top of what I ate I also had a finger bun, a yogurt, and weet-bix for breakfast. I know I’m not eating healthily, but I want so much to lose weight. I feel so bad, and my mum’s so angry at me. And thinness is such a materialistic thing.

P.S. I’m not underweight, I used to be 84 pounds, but then I gained over the school holidays, and I’m 91 pounds now ![]()

I have already lost 3 kg in a week and feel alot better
I work in a bottleshop which requires me to be on my feet all the time and constantly lifting especially during deliveries
I also do a 40 min Jillian Michaels work out dvd before work which is quite intense and before bed I do 30 mins of interval training on my treadmill.
Breakfast
2x weetbix with skim millk
half a shot of metaslim garauna which increases metabolism
Lunch
grilled chicken breast in light tortilla with salsa and salad and a sprinkle of light cheese
1 small can of V energy drink
from then out I don’t really have dinner just snacks
-a small tub of fruit salad
-mixed vegetables
I also drink lots of water with a hint on lime juice
Can anyone see any problems with this diet? I am only doing it until I get to the desired weight then I can maintain

Its only the morning over here in australia…
I ate 1/3 cup oats, 2/3 cup low fat milk, 1 banana, a tablespoon of light yoghurt (but it has a lot of sugar per serving O_O ), a finger of ricotta cheese, &three wafer thin crackers with hommus on each one =S A generous amount of hommus, maybe a teaspoon or something.
Also, have you any ideas for the rest of my meals?
I eat 1800 – 1900 a day… &I always have 600 for dinner and 200 for after dinner.
cottage cheese sausages?

does anyone have a recipe for cottage cheese sausages? I used to make them and can no longer find my recipe for them. they are vegetarian and I remember they have cottage cheese, peanut butter, onion, and eggs. they are rolled in breadcrumbs and fried.
If anyone has a recipe I would really appreciate it
and by the way I have done a google search already and can’t find a recipe for them

Can i add cornstarch to regular rice to make sushi?

i couldnt find sushi rice at walmart so hubs will go get it elsewhere another day. I ate such a delicious sushi the other day at the HEB. it had avocado, imitation crab, cream cheese, jalapeno, and organic brown sushi rice and sesame seeds. The sushi lady said it was tempura something it was great. Anyone have ideas how i can rig regular rice to come close? Does anyone know the name of the sushi? Can i add starch to medium grain rice to get it extra sticky? does the temperature make a difference? How does one properly season sushi rice to taste so good?
