I’m just going to cook for myself (one serve only).

Q. 1 – How much rice & water should I use? (I can eat 1 and a half bowl of rice)

*** When I cook Jasmine / long gain rice:

I use 100 mL (around 1/3 cup) rice & 200 mL (around 3/4 cup) water

Q. 2 – Can someone give me instruction please?

What I have at home: risotto rice, chicken stock (cube), herbs, mushroom, asparagus, ham, parmesan cheese etc.

The meatballs contain onions, garlic, parmesan cheese, parsley, bread, egg and a chilli etc. Does anyone think i would have a problem if i open freeze these?

Leave the recipe too if you like :)

Mine is potato dauphinoise.

Slice potatoes thinly, add to a pan with equal quantities of double cream and full fat milk. season and add three cloves of crushed garlic. Bring to the boil and remove fro heat.
remove the potato form the liquid and lay down a layer in an oven proof rectangular dish. a little seasoning and grate over some parmesan cheese. keep layering up like that till the dish is full. pour in some of the cream liquid. Grate one final covering of parmesan over the top and bake on the over at 190c for about 40mins – when the top should be a rich golden brown.

Allow to sit for 5 mins then tuck in :)

of god i ate it all!! i thought it would be healthy cos no cream!! arghhhh!!!
well, not healthy, just not as bad as when it has cream in lol!!! its ok, i just wont eat at all 2moro lol!!
