Philadelphia Cream Cheese Garlic Dip Recipe?

Out here in the PNW, we do not have any of the Philadelphia Cream cheese dips. I miss them so! Whenever we go back to Canada, we make sure to stop by Superstore and pick up a bunch and transport them back.
So – does anyone have a recipe that closely emulates the flavor of my ultra-fave garlic dip? Why are they not available in this region? I’m pretty sure I saw them out east!

PHILADELPHIA Garlic & Herb Dip

Total Time: 3 hr 10 min
Makes: 8 servings, 2 Tbsp. each
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. milk
3 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
3 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1 clove garlic, minced
MIX cream cheese and milk in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
ADD basil, parsley, chives and garlic; mix well. Cover.
REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled. Serve with assorted cut-up vegetables or NABISCO Crackers.
