    I NEVER freeze fresh meat.

    I don’t freeze it completely. And it really does make it much easier to slice the meat thin enough.

    if you buy your meat at any main chain grocer, chances are the meat was frozen.

    did you use and oils in the steak pan?

    I used a little bit of oil, but not much, since the pan was non-stick.

    What kind of seasoning did u put on the steak?

    I just use either seasoning salt, or a little bit of salt and pepper.
