   Why is it that some people who leave comments have to be mean spirited jerks just for sport? The point of this video was to teach people how to make cheese puffs and he did an excellent job. His directions were simple to follow and he explained everything thoroughly and with a friendly attitude. Nothing about him was odd or worth making fun of. The only thing wrong with this video is the volume level.

   Thanks for the post. I’ve been looking for the most simplist ingrediant. I’ve tried the brazilian version with tapioca flower, but it turned out to be a flat bread. Can’t wait to try this one out!!!
