Before you ask, there is a difference between Recess and Lunch. The difference is that Recess is usually only 20 minutes so I need something nice and quick. Lunch is usually 40 – 45 minutes so I can get something a bit more filling. I need food ideas for school for breakfast, morning tea and lunch. I need to meals to be easy to make and easy to buy at a local supermarket.I also need them to be portable. For Afternoon Tea, Dinner and Dessert, I need the meals to be easy to make and buy. They do not really need to be portable. I cannot cook for myself so something that can be microwave or oven cooked would be something great.

I am going to tell you what I usually eat. I have included a few notes in brackets () where necessary:

Breakfast: Up&Go liquid breakfast (I must drink this. I have no time to make breakfast)
Morning Tea: Cookies, water,
Lunch: A packet of chips, peanut butter sandwich, water
Afternoon Tea: A packet of noodles/chips, soft drink,
Dinner: Sandwiches
Dessert: Ice cream with chocolate toppings

I need the meals to be filling. I have tried taking grilled cheese sandwiches to school, but they got all soft and the cheese became a bit hard by the time it came to lunch. Also I mainly eat fruit and dairy, you can include vegetables but please tell me how to make them taste nice. For me, vegetables don’t really have much taste. Also no meat, chicken or fish. Basically, the meals need to be vegetarian friendly. I am low in protein, iron and don’t have all the vitamins needed such as Vitamin B12.

Ingredients
250g sweet biscuits – I use Arnotts Nice ones
125g butter melted
375g cream cheese – I use Kraft Philly (1 1/2 pkts)
Zest of 1 lemon
1/3 cup lemon juice (I don’t measure it, I use about 1 1/2 ?lemons) use more zest if you want it more lemony in flavour
2 tsp vanilla essence (or I use 1 tsp vanilla bean paste)
1 tin condensed milk
Line the bottom of a 20cm spring form tin
Crush biscuits in a food processor until fine – or crush with a rolling pin or mallet
Add melted butter and mix well
Pour into tin and press along sides and base. I find that the sides only need to go up about 4-5 cm.
Chill in fridge for 10mins or while making filling
Beat cream cheese until soft; add vanilla and lemon zest, mix well.
Add lemon juice and condensed milk slowly and mix until combined.
Pour over base and refrigerate over night.

Does this depend on the type of cheese or how it’s been heated?

Eg I tried to make macaroni and cheese once successfully with Mozarella cheese. I tried another time with a different cheese but the cheese never mixed into the sauce….

But reallly I love cheese. All Cheese.

So I know I am not supposed to eat anything that isn’t raw or slightly cooked so how long should I let the eggs boil in water.
I just boiled 2 but the white was still runny :/ and that’s how I actually like it! I use to eat them like this when I was little hehe (I was so tempted to dip my bread)

How long do I boil them for? or can I still eat them?
