		<description>In response to Margarita:  Emmenthaler IS Swiss cheese in America. Unfortunately most non-European don&#039;t know the difference.
Gruyere come the the canton (state) of Fribourg (Vallee de Gruyere) and Emmenthaler fron the canton (state) of Bern  (Vallee of Emmen).
Very hard to find similar cheese in US, unless you can tell us what is the receipe for.</description>
