Tomorrow I will do a swiss cheese fondue for some guests and I am lacking inspiration for a dessert.
Something light and fresh and maybe not to creamy, but fruit is not good..to much acid turns the melted cheese into a lump in the stomach.

A little fruit is fine, I just wanted to stay clear from fruit salad.
Thinking about something with tea since we will drink tea ( and kirsch of course)
I do neither but got some inspiration from the black forest gateau
I will soak cherries in kirsch and layer in a glas homemade brownies, the cherries and some whipped cream. The glasses are small but plenty so everyone can decide if they have 1, 2 or 3. A bit like this but my glasses are more like shot glasses
