Sausage Queso Dip is really good.

    1 sm box of Velveeta
    1 jar salsa
1 tube of hot italian sausage, browned.

Melt the cheese and then just stir all the ingredients together! Its best with scoop-style tortilla chips. Hope you like it!

Velvetta and Rotelle, or Velvetta and Chili always works great.

If you want a fantsy dip. Combine 1 8oz package of cream cheese, softened. Add 1 cup of chives and 1 can of drained white beans or cannelloni beans to a food processor. Add 1-2 tbsp olive oil or vegetable broth. Mix until smooth. It should be similar to hummus, except you use the white beans, instead of garbanzo beans, and it’s a little creamier and cheesier. Also, add some salt and pepper as well.
